Meet Ninja Kids
Our Discount Dental Plan for ages 0–21 is $149 per year, with $139 for each eligible additional sibling. Includes two checkups and cleanings, x-rays as needed, one emergency visit, 30% off treatment, and reduced nitrous oxide and sedation fees.
Membership is per child and valid for 12 months. The sibling discount applies to children in the same household enrolled on the same day. Cannot be combined with insurance, other discount plans, promotions, or financing. Payments are due at service; unused benefits are not refundable.
