1. Choose your office
Start with Camp Bowie, or choose Seminary if it fits your family better. Online booking shows the available appointments.
2. Get ready
Keep your insurance information and medication list handy. Ask our team which forms to bring and write down any questions for the dentist.
3. Tell us what helps
Share nervousness, sensory preferences, or other needs before the appointment. Both offices offer special-needs care.
A note about sedation appointments
Follow the individual preparation instructions from your dentist. Oral sedation is available for ages 3 and up at both offices. IV sedation is available for ages 13 and up at Camp Bowie only, when clinically appropriate.
Understand your payment options
Ask us about insurance, the Ninja Kids Discount Dental Plan, and Cherry financing. Online booking does not purchase a membership or approve financing.

Parents are welcome during the examination. Let our team lead the conversation and support the child-friendly words we use. Bring detailed questions before or after treatment, and speak up about an immediate concern at any time. If stepping out may help your child, we will discuss it with you. Together, we can build trust and positive dental experiences.
Questions, worries, and a little ninja magic
Will my child cooperate? Children bring different personalities and comfort needs to the chair. Our experienced team uses patient, age-appropriate language and kind encouragement to help your child follow directions and work toward the appointment’s goals. You don’t have to arrive with every answer—we’ll discuss your child’s needs with you.
Will I have to push my child through the appointment? Let our team lead the instructions and give your child one clear voice to follow. Receiving directions from several adults at once can be confusing. Support our team’s kind, encouraging words rather than adding competing instructions. Always speak up about an immediate concern; we’ll discuss individual needs with you.
Will you judge us for cavities? No. We won’t shame you or your child about decay. Our focus is helping you understand the findings, recommended care, and what comes next.
